An Internet Flame Wars takes place when users get into an online argument.
Responses are usually as a result of controversial or contrary messages in an on-line community for example a forums or blog.
Advice: You are advised against getting into a Flame Wars. It is likely to take up your time with very little reward. Your post and account is likely to get banned if you use this method.
Just because someone has a different view to you it does not indicate that they are trying to cause an argument. It may be their honest view point based in their own circumstances. Do not criticize their point of view just state why your view is valid for your situation, (so that you both learn and discover something useful), and leave it at that.
Flame Wars could get very abusive and result and result in false actuations with very polarised information being posted. This could to result in negative branding for your company.
If someone posts a deliberate argumentative negative comment that quite often it it better ether delete it, report it to the administrators of the a forums or blog, or just to ignore it.
If you have a good quality post sometimes other users may respond and with there own argument against the negative comments made.
Sometime Flame Wars are started deliberately to try to generate an increase in visitors this is known a trolling.
