A person who has no knowledge of your product or service.

Advice: Hot Leads are most likely to be in a buying frame of mind. They may be looking for more information or assurance about things like guarantees and delivery times before making a purchase. Your Customer Services could therefore be important to closing the sale.

Cold Leads need to be made aware of your product or service before they have any chance of becoming Hotter Leads.
