These site are set up with the main aim of trying to generate an income via ppc adverting on them.
Advice: Not particularly recommended. These site may result in Duplicate Content issues because a number of sites may also list the same content.
Some coding techniques are used in such away to try to reduce the duplicate content issues that may occur, search engines are getting better at discovering this and removing, or limiting such websites from there listing.
Do not publish without permission or you may be in breach of Copyright.

Sometime the term Scrapping may be used when search engine obtain links and data relating to that link and include it on there own website. Generally this is to your advantage because your website will be found on more search engines.
