Spamming Search Engines it the process of repeatedly submitting the same website to the same search engines.
Advice: Do NOT repeatedly submitting the same website to search engines. This particularly applies to Submission to Major search engines. They may ban your listing from their search engine reducing Organic Search visitors to your website. Even if you have changing content most major search engines are able to allow for this automatically and generally their should not be any need to resubmit your website.
Some Submission to Smaller search engines may be more necessary. Each of these smaller search engines may have different rules and different policies about this and even this should be done with extreme care to reduces any chances for your website being banned from being listed on their search engine for submitting too much.
The only known sites where it is acceptable, (and indeed necessary), to repeatedly submitting the same website is Free For All. Note: It is recommended that you do not use Free For All at all.
