Webinars. Advertising Methods

Webinars are a seminar offered by a company via the internet

They are similar to holding meetings between groups of usually like-minded people.

Each person, (or groups of people), are generally in different locations and are connected to others via the Internet.

Each person is able is interact with others in, (almost), real-time. Similar to holding meetings between groups in the same physical location.

This Webinars meetings include video of the meeting and members should be able to view other members the presenters of the Webinars and presentations of graphs etc..

Advice: Could be worthwhile. You will need to promote the Webinars to allow people to register there interest in joining the Webinars. This will help increase .  Requires a good knowledge of the subject because quests may be asked by outer members attending the Webinar.

It could be an idea to check that each member has a good connection to the Webinar meeting and there sound level is acceptable to other users.

Tends to be less interactive than physical meetings but can overcome problems of travelling distances. The less interactivity generally requires a Chair Person to help control which member is trying to interact with the Webinar.

You need to give people have a reason to attend, (register for your Webinars). Directly addresses what they have problems with, need to increase their knowledge of, will help increase attendance. make sure you cover this issue in your Webinars.

The webinars attendance rate of those whom have registered is likely to be less that the number who have registered. This could be a because of the timing of the webinars, do people really want to get up at 2:30 in the morning, (their time), to take part.. Some people whom have registered may be watching your Webinars but not actively taken part.

Displaying the resulting Webinar after it has finished could increase the potential for new customers, (if they like what they see), to register for any future Webinar you operate.

What if you get asked a question you don't know the answer too.  One answer to this is to tell the person you will be holding another Webinar to discuses this issue at a later date. This could increase the attendance to that Webinar.

A Webinar is generally more about branding and customer awareness that direct selling.

Timing of when to hold the Webinar could be an issue because of time zones of different areas.
