1. Click in text box for the link details you wish to use.
2. Highlight all the text, press Ctrl+A, in the box for the link you wish to copy.
3. Press Ctrl+C or select copy.  This copies the text into the memory of the computer.  Note this will not be indicated.
4. Open the web page in text mode so you're able to see the Hypertext Markup Language you wish to add A Great Portal link to.
5. Position the cursor at suitable position where you wish the link to appear.
6. Press Ctrl+V or select paste to paste the text into the Hypertext Markup Language.
7. Save to the computer local drive.
8. Load in to a browser to check layout and link.
9. Upload amended web page to your domain.
10. Test.

Sometime when you copy and paste some codes may be replaced and this will prevent the code displaying and working correctly.

To avoid this copy and paste into notepad, then select all and copy and paste from notepad into your HTML page, check that it works as expected.
